Global Reward Analyst – Hybrid, Data-Driven, Bonus & Pension

Merlin Entertainments is seeking a Global Reward Analyst to support and improve reward programmes worldwide. You’ll work with People teams and business leaders to provide data-driven insights, manage key reward processes and ensure fair, informed reward decisions across the group.

Responsibilities include benchmarking, job evaluation, and maintaining the job architecture, along with governance of reward data, tools and cycles. The role is hybrid in Basingstoke with permanent salaried terms.
