Community Experience Concierge

iQ Student Accommodation is seeking a Resident Experience Advisor to welcome residents, manage enquiries at reception and help create a sense of home across our buildings. In this role you’ll coordinate events, handle parcel deliveries and log maintenance requests, while delivering friendly, proactive customer service during 8am–8pm Monday–Friday with occasional weekend hours.
