Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Receive and respond to incoming tickets from remote IT teams, providing support for Service Desk tickets when possible.
  • Offer expert support for Microsoft Office Suite and various Microsoft applications.
  • Provide support for Mac devices, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compatibility with our IT infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot software‑related issues efficiently and assist end‑users with installations and updates.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot meeting room technology, ensuring seamless operation of audio‑visual equipment during meetings.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and network teams for hardware installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Keep an accurate inventory of IT equipment and perform regular audits.
  • Provide IT support for customer conferences and events.
  • Serve as an escalation point for remote IT teams for complex issues.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new employees by ensuring they have the necessary equipment and training.
  • Offer VIP support to senior team members when required.

Qualifications

  1. Proficient in Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and the Microsoft Office Suite, including Office 365 and other associated applications.

  4. Full rights to work in the UK.
