GXO is recruiting for a Warehouse Operations Manager in Enfield to lead all aspects of warehousing logistics for the Iceland account across Freezer, Chill and Ambient environments, delivering safe, compliant and efficient operations.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee scheduling, recruitment, training and performance management of warehouse staff, with some flexibility for shifts in a senior role. Salary up to £80,000 plus extensive benefits, typical for a leadership position.
