Project Quality Engineer

Position Overview

As Project Quality Engineer you will respond to the QHSE Manager and support the Project Quality Manager in implementing the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) for the Onshore BP NEP project.

Responsibilities

• Ensure identification, preparation and distribution of Project Quality Plans and procedures in line with the Company QMS.
• Plan quality audits to check correct implementation of the PQMS.
• Conduct external audits of vendor and subcontractor QMS.
• Participate in Project Management meetings to coordinate quality and PM activities.
• Supervise subcontractors and organizations in charge of the works.
• Manage site non‑conformities.
• Promote actions to prevent potential non‑conformities and their causes.
• Collect and analyze project quality data and lead the Project Quality Management Review.
• Manage lessons‑learned process through the Reflex tool.
• Report project information and data to the Project’s Quality Manager.

Qualifications

• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification.
• Minimum 5 years experience as Quality Engineer or similar in a construction site project environment.
• Technical skills: audit, subcontractor management, material storage and preservation.
• Must reside in the UK and have full permanent UK right‑to‑work status; no sponsorships available.
