Business Operations Manger

Vision for Education is seeking a Business Operations Manager to work on full time term-time basis Plus 2 days in August in a School in Redditch.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator or operational professional to play a central role in the effective management of our school’s business and support services.

About the Role

• Experience of working in a busy school office or has worked in the public sector in a similary role.
• Excellent Microsoft office skills and some understanding of collating data and reports.
• Human resources knowledge and finance understanding would also be beneficial for this role.
• Working closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team, you will oversee a broad range of operational functions, including administration, data management, human resources, finance support, compliance and health and safety.
• You will ensure that the school’s systems and processes run efficiently while supporting the delivery of high-quality education.

• Human resources knowledge and finance understanding would also be beneficial for this role.
• The post would suit someone who has good knowledge and experience working in a busy school office and wants to progress, or a person who works in a business operational role or has worked in the public sector in a similar post.
