Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end redesign of HR processes across the employee lifecycle to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using data, feedback, and operational metrics
- Conduct process reviews, identify root causes, and implement sustainable improvements
- Reduce cycle times, errors, rework, and off-system/ad hoc requests across core HR processes
- Build reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into performance and improvement opportunities
- Partner with regional People Ops, COEs, and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and lead change management efforts
- Establish and drive global process standards, templates, and documentation across People Operations
- Identify and implement automation opportunities using Oracle HCM, ServiceNow (HRSD), and other digital tools
- Partner with HRIS and HRIT teams to prioritize and deliver system enhancements and process improvements
- Drive adoption of HR Service Delivery (HRSD) models and self-service solutions to reduce manual work and improve user experience
Preferred Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
- Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred
Preferred Experience
- 10-14+ years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or HR Service Delivery (HRSD) environments
- Proven track record in process improvement, redesign, or operational transformation initiatives within HR
- Hands‑on experience or exposure to Oracle HCM and/or ServiceNow HRSD or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of case management, service delivery models, and self‑service frameworks in HR
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset
- Ability to influence stakeholders and lead change across global, matrixed environments
