Engineering Team Leader: Maintenance & Lean (Days)

Greencore in Spalding is seeking an Engineering Team Leader to run the day shift (3’s and 2’s), directing a manufacturing maintenance team to meet production targets.

You will execute the planned preventive maintenance, ensure compliance with safety and food safety standards, and manage documents, reports and permit-to-work processes while developing a high performing team. Experience with budgeting and cost control, and a Lean Six Sigma yellow belt are desirable.
