Deputy Nursery Manager – Lead Early Years Team (Temp)

Naturally Learning Ltd in Redruth is seeking a Deputy Nursery Manager for a temporary period. You will support leadership, ensure high standards of care, and contribute to a nurturing environment where children, families and staff can flourish.

The role requires Level 3+ Early Years qualifications, EYFS knowledge and proven leadership. You will motivate and develop colleagues, oversee daily operations and help drive outstanding practice across the nursery.
