Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day site activity and subcontractor performance.
• Support the Construction Director with programme development and design coordination.
• Manage risk, reporting structures, and project documentation.
• Ensure exceptional standards of health & safety, quality, and compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, consultants, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 4, HND, or Degree in construction, development, or project management-related subject.
• CSCS card and SMSTS qualification.
• Strong knowledge of build sequence, best practices in construction project management, and current trends within the sector.
• Familiarity with contract law a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and programming software.
