Hours : 37 hours a week, working a shift pattern between 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday
Start Date : 28 September 2026
Training : 4‑week programme, attendance required Monday to Friday 9:00am – 17:00pm
Role Overview
As a Customer Advisor you’ll chat with customers over the phone and via email, resolving their queries and engaging with other suppliers where necessary. You’ll take ownership of their needs and find a way to figure things out with them, embodying the company’s customer‑first mindset.
