Customer Care & Aftercare Coordinator

Keepmoat Limited is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to join the Customer Care Team in our Yorkshire East region, based from the office in Doncaster. You will provide an efficient customer care service, liaising with customers, contractors, site and management teams to maintain strong relationships.

You will manage and continually improve the customer service experience, helping Keepmoat maintain our 5-star builder status and leadership in homebuilding customer care.
