Resident Experience & Community Manager (Live-in)

FirstPort in Northwich is seeking a Residential Development Manager to oversee a development, ensure safety, and provide exceptional resident service. The role covers daily site checks, contractor management and coordinating with the Retirement Homesearch partner to welcome new residents.

You will foster community by supporting Residents Association activities, build relationships with families and local authorities, and travel to meetings as needed.
