Role: Compliance & Quality Assurance Analyst (12-Month FTC)Location: Milton KeynesHours: Full Time, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 DOE

Duties of a Compliance & Quality Assurance Analyst
- Review customer journeys to ensure fair and compliant outcomes
- Identify risks, trends and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Deliver insightful reports with clear recommendations
- Support the business in meeting FCA and Consumer Duty standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive positive customer outcomes
- Influence process improvements that enhance customer experience
- Play a key role in maintaining quality, compliance and operational excellence
What we would like from you
- Previous experience working within the automotive financial services industry is essential.
- Knowledge of FCA regulations, Vulnerable Customers and Consumer Duty.
- Experience conducting quality assurance, compliance monitoring, outcome testing or file reviews.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys within motor finance.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience producing detailed reports and communicating findings to stakeholders.
- Ability to identify trends, risks and opportunities for process improvement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
