Key Project Administrator

As SOCOTEC grows, so do our teams. We’re looking for a dedicated Key Project Administrator to join our Environment and Safety division and wear the SOCOTEC badge with pride.

We are seeking a proactive, reliable, and flexible Key Project Administrator to join our Environment & Safety team. In this role, you’ll need the confidence to work independently, alongside the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team. A background in asbestos-related administration, along with knowledge of KPI-driven project support, is essential to thrive in this position.

Responsibilities

The tasks you will undertake will include (but are not limited to):

  • Liaising with clients and Project Managers to schedule works
  • Tracking data and maintaining accurate project trackers
  • Supporting reporting tasks and RAMS information

Qualifications

To be a successful Key Project Administrator, you should be able to demonstrate:

  • Over 3 years’ administrative experience in an asbestos environment
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure using own initiative
