Control Centre Network Operations Lead

National Grid is seeking a Network Operations Manager to join its Leadership Team based at Pegasus, Castle Donington. This role is critical for ensuring the safe operation of the Control Centre in a 24/7 shift environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical distribution network operations and will excel in leadership, communication, and decision-making.

Applicants must hold a Level 4 qualification in Electrical Engineering and live within 60 minutes of the Control Centre. The position includes an annual performance-related bonus and other competitive benefits.
