Fruit Product Specialist – Quality & Compliance Lead

AMFRESH Group is seeking a Product Specialist – Top Fruit to support high-quality, compliant products for Tesco and our Kent-based teams. You will oversee specifications, data accuracy across systems (TQC, Inspectorio, Toolkit, AMT Portal) and drive TPIS compliance.

You will handle QSL data, weekly KPIs, shelf-life reporting, and contribute to benchmarking, sample evaluations, taste panels and customer visits while supporting root cause analysis and non-conformance follow-up.
