Responsibilities
- Support Global Advisory Partners with meeting coordination, agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-ups
- Assist in conducting research and analysis on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices
- Contribute to client engagements by supporting analysis, identifying improvement opportunities, and documenting findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across industry, technology, data, and AI advisory initiatives
- Support business development efforts through creation of case studies, presentations, and proposal materials
- Develop and enhance client-ready deliverables, including PowerPoint presentations and business insights
- Assist in project tracking activities, including status updates, risks, dependencies, and reporting
- Apply consulting methodologies to support delivery of project workstreams and ensure quality outputs
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications / Skills: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, Organizational Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work effectively in team environments and adapt in a fast-paced setting
- Bonus Points/Preferred Skills: Prior part-time or internship experience; familiarity with MIRO, Visio, or project management platforms; exposure to Agile/Scrum; strong stakeholder engagement
