Overview
Service Manager 16+ on a short-term contract basis. The role involves delivering high service standards for a leading organization across the UK and presenting an opportunity to showcase expertise in service management.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily service operations to ensure high-performance standards
- Managing and motivating a team of service staff to meet customer expectations
- Implementing process improvements to enhance service delivery
- Liaising with clients and internal teams to resolve issues promptly
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Monitoring KPIs to assess team productivity and service quality
- Reporting on service metrics to senior management
- Supporting the onboarding and training of new team members
Qualifications
- Proven experience in service management, preferably in a similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of industry best practices and compliance standards
- Flexibility to work within the two-week contract period
Salary
£42 PAYE exclusive of holiday pay or £54 umbrella per hour inclusive of holiday pay
