Position Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Utility Surveyor to join our Subsurface Engineering Department in London. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of high‑profile projects while being supported by a strong leadership team.

What You Will Do

  • Undertake utility surveys in a variety of environments using the latest EM and GPR technologies and equipment.
  • Attend site visits and client meetings to assist in the tendering stage of larger projects.
  • Handle, process, and interpret geospatial data within the sub‑surface environment.

Qualifications

  • QCF3 or QCF5 qualification (desirable).
  • Strong knowledge of the principles and practices of GPR and underground surveying.
  • Proficiency in using EML and GPR equipment.
  • Understanding of PAS128 and ability to analyse asset‑owner record requirements.
  • Knowledge of land surveying (desirable).
  • Good writing skills and proficiency in the English language.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Flexibility to travel nationwide as required by clients.
  • Full, clean manual driving licence.
  • Strong work ethic with a drive for career growth.
