Compliance Manager (Electronics)
Lancashire (commutable from Liverpool, Southport, Wigan, Skelmersdale)
Compensation: £60,000 + career progression, senior leadership role, industry training, healthcare cash plan, death in service benefit, 34 days holiday.
We are a specialist electronics manufacturer with over 40 years of experience, recognised for quality, innovation and employee development. Our products are supplied internationally, and we are expanding rapidly.
As the Compliance Manager you will own product approvals, certification and compliance activities across a diverse product range, and lead a small technical team.

- Product approvals and certification
- Compliance, verification and EMC testing management
- Team leadership and external stakeholder management
- Career development support for team members
The Person
- Experience in compliance, certification or approvals
- Knowledge of EN54 standards
- EMC / verification testing experience
- Team leadership experience
- Engineering qualification preferred
