Quantity Surveyor

Position Overview

Quantity Surveyor based in Manchester, supporting projects in Bristol and Bath.Competitive salary plus car package (DOE). Travel for two UK projects is covered and expensed.

Key Responsibilities

• Run two active schemes covering hotel fit‑out and bedroom upgrades.
• Prepare and manage budgets, cost controls and financial reports.
• Coordinate procurement activities and liaise with sub‑contractors.
• Deliver project cost advice and support to the project team.
• Work on a variety of schemes, including residential, industrial and commercial new builds and extensions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Self‑motivated with proven experience delivering fit‑out or refurbishment projects.
• Previous work experience, ideally with a main building contractor.
• Strong understanding of procurement, sub‑contractor management and cost budgeting.
• Ability to travel to project sites within the UK.
