Home-Based Customer Experience Investigator (Complaints)

Platform Housing Group is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Advisor to specialise in complaint investigations and work collaboratively with sub teams across the Customer Experience function. The role involves investigating customer feedback through multiple channels and ensuring an outstanding end-to-end journey while supporting the organisation’s values.

The role is home-based with travel to the Worcester/Birmingham offices and occasional visits to customer homes.
