Emtec Building Services seeks a Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join the Commercial Team in our Edinburgh office. You will gain exposure to cost control, tender reviews and contract administration across building services projects with structured training and mentoring.
Reporting to a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll develop practical skills in valuations, payments and final accounts while supporting project teams for successful delivery.
