Acting Team Leader & Support Coach (Care)

Cygnet is seeking an Acting Team Leader who will work full time across a 42-hour week on 12-hour shifts, including alternate weekends. This dual role combines Support Worker duties with leadership responsibilities to support a residential service for individuals with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.

The role offers progression into management, a focus on safeguarding, community engagement and delivering high-quality, person-centered care within a 10-resident service.
