Customer Care Specialist — Impactful Water Utility

Hafren Dyfrdwy is recruiting for a Customer Hub advisor in Rhostyllen, Wrexham. You’ll talk to customers on the phone, by email, or via WhatsApp, resolving queries with care and ownership. No scripts or sales targets – just support from trained colleagues in a friendly team.

Expect a structured training programme, with 40 hours per week from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, and no weekends or bank holidays. You’ll be part of a caring culture that values development and the customer journey.
