Freelance Quantity Surveyor – Civil/NEC Contracts

EKFB is recruiting a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team in Southam. You will be responsible for tender pricing, risk assessments and contract drafting/negotiations, aligning with NEC options A, B and C.

You will manage cost and time pressures across civils projects and work with subcontractors to optimize value. In this fast-paced role you’ll handle cost/value reconciliations, life cost reporting, cash management and prepare data for project performance discussions.
