Night Manager — Lead Overnight Team & Guest Safety

YHA York is seeking a proactive Night Manager to lead the night team, support guests, and shape the overnight guest experience. You will work closely with the Hostel Manager and Deputy Manager to keep the hostel running smoothly, while being a visible, hands-on leader during the night, ensuring safety and security for guests and property.

The role includes project management responsibilities, including the rollout of the overnight food and beverage offer, with training provided and opportunities
