Guest Experience Leader – 26h Duty Manager (Permanent)

Whitbread’s Premier Inn Bristol Parkway (M32) is seeking a Duty Manager to lead a team and ensure the hotel is welcoming, safe and outstanding. The role is permanent and part-time (26 hours per week), based at Unit 3A Fox Den Park, Bristol.

You will oversee staff, health and safety standards, and coordinate operations to deliver a seamless guest experience. Strong communication and leadership are essential to inspire the team and maintain service excellence.
