Security Operations Lead – 4-on/4-off (London)

Sodexo is recruiting for a Security Duty Shift Manager for the BNP Paribas offices in London. The role leads the security team, oversees the Control Room, and manages incidents, patrols and compliance to ensure safety and high service levels across day and night shifts.

You will supervise Security Officers and Supervisors, coach staff, and coordinate with the client and internal stakeholders to maintain operational excellence and GDPR-compliant procedures.
