Overview
We are recruiting a Customer Advisor on a permanent basis. The role reports to the Operations Manager and is based at the Touchstone Bath site, working 25–30 hours per week and spending 1 day per week in our Bath office during the training period.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a high‑standard customer experience.
- Provide administrative support for all leasing activity and day‑to‑day operations.
- Liaise with customers for renewals, negotiate rents and renew tenancies.
- Conduct regular market research to support accurate applications.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role (Receptionist, Front of House, etc.).
- Experience conducting administrative tasks.
- Familiarity with MS Office packages such as Word, Teams, and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
Basic DBS check is mandatory.
