As a Customer Advisor in our Customer Loyalty Department, you will handle calls from current customers to deliver exceptional service while adhering to regulatory compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Chat with customers over the phone each day to address renewal pricing, add extra coverage, and resolve general queries.
- Ensure every interaction meets high service standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other teams to adapt to customer needs and maintain a competitive edge.
