Job Description
Our client is hiring a Project and Service Manager to join their company. You will manage the delivery of projects ensuring they conform to the company’s margin, timescale and quality standards.
You must have strong client‑facing skills as you will be creating and developing trusting relationships with important customers and stakeholders. You will be the single point of contact for SLA management for all service‑related issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of projects ensuring they meet the company’s margin, timescale, and quality standards.
- Serve as the primary contact for SLA management for all service‑related issues.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Present technical, operational and commercial information to customers at all levels.
Required Experience & Skills
- Experience managing systems development/integration projects, ideally business‑critical real‑time or online systems.
- Track record in managing multiple IT projects using formal project management methods (e.g., Prince II, MSP, or other formal method) with full delivery and financial responsibility.
- Strong experience in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Experience in day‑to‑day management of SLAs, OLAs, and underpinning contracts.
- Understanding of software systems and development lifecycles.
- Experience in an IT operational role.
- Airline industry experience is desirable.
