Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to build and ship production‑grade, full‑stack AI products. The role is hands‑on, end‑to‑end, and focused on delivering high‑quality features quickly. You will integrate AI and machine learning models into real products, use AI‑assisted coding tools as your primary development approach, and mentor junior engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Own end‑to‑end delivery of AI‑powered features and services, from scoping through production.
  • Write, review, and ship high‑quality code daily.
  • Make pragmatic architecture and technology decisions.
  • Integrate large language models, machine learning pipelines, and AI agents into products reliably.
  • Use AI coding tools and agentic workflows as your primary development method.
  • Evaluate and adopt new AI tooling to improve speed and quality.
  • Prototype rapidly, ship early, learn fast, and iterate with short feedback loops.
  • Mentor junior engineers and interns through pairing sessions and code review.
  • Champion testing, observability, and maintainability alongside delivery speed.

What Good Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)

  • Consistently shipping production‑grade AI features with AI cowork tools as the default workflow.
  • Trusted to own ambiguous, high‑impact pieces of delivery end‑to‑end.
  • Measurable contribution to delivery speed and quality across the team.
  • Positive influence on engineers around you through standards, review, and mentorship.

Qualifications

  • Strong builder who ships working software consistently.
  • Experience building and shipping full‑stack applications in production.
  • Track record integrating AI and machine learning models into real products.
  • Solid instincts for AI architecture, combining application code, data, and models reliably.
  • Hands‑on experience with AI pair‑programming and agentic coding workflows.
  • Fluent in several technologies across Python, .NET, Java, and React.
  • Rapid ramp on new languages and frameworks.
  • Comfortable working across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
  • Choose tools based on fit, cost, and delivery speed.
  • Valued testing, observability, and maintainability alongside speed.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and can act without waiting for perfect information.
  • Generous with knowledge and enjoy helping teammates grow.

Location & Remote Work

London, Broadgate Tower – Central London. Two days a week in‑office, three days remote.
