Senior Principal Pre‑sales Solution Architect (UK)
Overview
Design and present tailored solutions that address complex customer challenges in energy transition and digital transformation. Partner with sales teams and customers to define system requirements, ensure compatibility, and optimize performance. Develop proof‑of‑concept demonstrations, technical proposals, and solution roadmaps that showcase innovation. Provide technical leadership on highly complex issues with significant impact across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and present customized solution concepts for energy and digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales and customer teams to define system requirements, assess compatibility, and drive performance optimization.
- Create proof‑of‑concept demos, technical proposals, and solution roadmaps that demonstrate innovation and value.
- Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on highly complex issues, influencing cross‑functional stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits
Pay range: GBP 110,400 – GBP 165,600 per year (including base and short‑term incentives). Benefits include health and life insurance, paid time off, parental and care leave, flexible work options, and other standard offerings for full‑time employees.
