Role and Purpose
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager (Senior Consultant) to join our dynamic and growing London team. You will play a pivotal role guiding and supporting our clients and their professional teams on a variety of complex projects across the UK. In this role you will oversee large‑scale construction projects within healthcare, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to a high standard. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their objectives are met and providing them with confidence.
Responsibilities

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their objectives are met and maintaining confidence in project delivery.
- Manage and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of high performance.
- Demonstrate the ability to face new challenges head‑on, solving problems using initiative.
- Travel frequently to support the team and meet client needs; based in London or the South‑East.
- Work independently in a fluid environment, maintaining high self‑discipline and strong time‑management skills.
Qualifications
- Construction‑based project management experience.
- NEC accreditation.
- Experience leading and managing project management teams within the healthcare sector.
- Ability to manage and mentor junior staff.
- Strong self‑discipline, time‑management and independent working capability.
- Willingness to travel frequently; based in London or the South‑East.
