Agincare is seeking a commercially minded Head of Marketing & PR to shape the future of a growing national care group. Based at our Dorset headquarters, you will own the Group Marketing & PR strategy, lead across campaigns, PR and brand, and drive growth with data-driven decision-making.

You’ll manage budgets, lead a high-performing team, and partner with executive leaders to deliver measurable ROI across multi-site services including care homes, home care and children’s services.
