RAP Industrials & Renewables is continuing its rapid expansion across the industrial supplies, engineering, MRO, and renewable energy sectors. We’re looking for an ambitious Supply Chain Manager with preferably a CIPS qualification to build supplier relationships, drive commercial performance, and develop a top level procurement function.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop procurement and supply chain strategy
• Work comfortably at Senior Level
• Negotiate national supplier agreements.
• Build strategic supplier partnerships.
• Improve gross margins through purchasing.
• Manage supplier KPIs and SLAs.
• Optimise inventory and stock holding.
• Analyse market trends and commodity pricing.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and finance.
Requirements
• CIPS Qualification
• Procurement/Supply Chain experience.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership.
• Experience in industrial distribution, engineering, manufacturing or MRO preferred.
