Multilingual 1st Line Service Desk Analyst – Bradford – Hybrid – 3 days onsite

£26,000-£30,000 + benefits

We’re hiring a Multilingual 1st Line Service Desk Analyst to provide technical support to users across Europe, the Middle East and Africa by phone, email and self-service portal.

The role

  • Resolve first-line hardware, software and access issues
  • Log, manage and escalate support tickets
  • Support Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Azure
  • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, Wi-Fi, VPN and network connectivity
What you’ll need
  • 1-2 years’ Service Desk or IT Support experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
  • Fluent written and spoken English, plus one of the following languages: French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Swedish, Italian, Turkish or Dutch
The Service Desk operates shifts between 7:00am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, including bank holidays.
