We’re hiring a Multilingual 1st Line Service Desk Analyst to provide technical support to users across Europe, the Middle East and Africa by phone, email and self-service portal.
The role
- Resolve first-line hardware, software and access issues
- Log, manage and escalate support tickets
- Support Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Azure
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, Wi-Fi, VPN and network connectivity
- 1-2 years’ Service Desk or IT Support experience
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
- Fluent written and spoken English, plus one of the following languages: French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Swedish, Italian, Turkish or Dutch
