Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust is advertising for a Community Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker to join a multidisciplinary team providing holistic assessment and treatment pathways for adults with mental health needs in a community setting.
The team includes Clinical Psychologists, Consultant Psychiatrists, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers and Mental Health Nurses, with access to CPD and staff support sessions.
