Front Desk Client Care Specialist

Medivet & Partners is seeking a Client Care Assistant to be the first point of contact for client phone calls and visits, delivering exceptional care to clients, patients, and colleagues.

You’ll handle reception duties, update records, and help manage the diary to optimise appointment availability. You’ll need good numeracy, experience with online booking systems, and a team-focused approach. Veterinary receptionist experience is welcome and supported through our benefits.
