Crisis Recovery Support Worker — 24/7 Mental Health Care

Turning Point is seeking a Recovery Worker for Ashford Recovery House, a 24‑hour crisis service offering up to five days of intensive support to people in acute emotional distress or mental health crisis. The role provides compassionate, person-centred care in a calm, therapeutic environment.

You will work a mix of day and night shifts, including weekends and sleep-ins, using Recovery Packs and mental-health tools.
