Compassionate Community Support Worker — Sleep-In & Training

Cumbria County Council is seeking a Community Support Worker to help people live life to the fullest. You will build meaningful relationships, support wellbeing, and make a real difference every day.

You will provide emotional and practical support, assist with daily routines, and promote independence. Training will be provided, with occasional sleep-in shifts offering overnight presence and peace of mind to those in need.
