Job Summary
As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person‑centred care plan. You will work as part of a team, build strong relationships with colleagues and service users, support wellbeing events and activities, promote a safe and engaging environment, respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner, and communicate with medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care and support tasks for service users.

- Respond to call bells and emergencies promptly.
- Communicate with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
Qualifications
- Experience as a care professional or new to the industry.
- Pass an enhanced DBS check.

About Mountfield
Mountfield is a private home operated by Norse Care for self‑funders. The recently fully refurbished residential care home is located in New Catton, North Norwich, and specializes in care and support for people living with dementia.
