Palliative Care Support Worker – Community Team

Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is seeking a dedicated care worker to support patients in a community palliative care setting. You will join a supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality patient care, helping with physical care, symptom management, and family support, with opportunities to develop palliative care expertise.
