Residential Care Worker – Flexible Shifts, Funded Level 3

Agincare Children’s Services is opening a new not-for-profit children’s residential home in Wimborne, Dorset to support children with learning disabilities in a safe, nurturing environment where each child can grow and thrive.

We offer flexible full-time, part-time and bank contracts with competitive hourly pay (£14.50–£15.50) and overnight shift allowances. A Level3 Residential Childcare qualification is preferred or fully funded if not held, supporting you to develop in this important role.
