Compassionate Care Assistant – Dignity & Safety

Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to deliver high standards of personal care and to contribute fully to the care team, ensuring continuity of services for residents.

You will assist residents with personal hygiene, promote independence and dignity, recognise clinical risk areas (weight loss, pressure sores, falls, infections) and escalate identified risks in a timely manner, while practicing safe systems of work.
