Impactful Neuro Rehab Community Support Worker

Brainkind is a charity focused on helping people with brain injuries across the UK. We are seeking a Community Support Worker for the Gomersal location in Bradford to help create a safe, homely living environment for service users.

Main duties include supporting daily tasks, developing care plans, recording progress, providing personal care when needed, and accompanying service users on activities. A driving licence is advantageous; 28 hours per week.
