Care & Training Lead — Mentor New Carers

Helping Hands is seeking a Care and Training Practitioner in the Horley area to lead onboarding and continuous coaching for new carers, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care.

You will train, mentor and support carers, help the branch with compliance and documentation, and perform spot checks to uphold our care standards. This role combines field visits with team collaboration, aligning with our values of kindness and service.
