The Polesworth School Tamworth is recruiting a dedicated Secondary SENCO on a full-time basis for a September 2026 start, on behalf of Communities Academies Trust.
You will lead SEND provision, work with senior leaders, teaching staff, parents and external agencies to ensure statutory duties are met and every learner with additional needs receives high-quality support within a collaborative, supportive school community.
